We aim to prepare and send your order with care and attention. As a small, hands-on team supporting our community,
we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Standard Shipping: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

Tracked Courier Delivery (NZ): Most orders arrive overnight, though please allow 2–4 business days depending on courier schedules or rural locations.

Local Pickup or Drop-Off: If we’ve worked with you before and you're based near one of our wellness hubs,
we’re happy to offer local pickup or delivery. Just let us know when ordering — we’ll do our best to coordinate
directly with you.

$45 – $90 - $10.20
$90 – $180 - $11.70
$180 – $270 - $12.70
$270 – $360 - $14.20
$360 – $540 - $19.70
Over $540 - $25.00
Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout. Rates are based on price and location of your order.
Packaging & Handling
We focus on secure, mindful packaging, using eco-conscious materials where possible and avoiding unnecessary waste.
Our packaging is still evolving, and we're excited to offer more branded options soon — thank you for growing with us.
Payment & Order Confirmation
We accept credit and debit cards via secure checkout.
Once payment is complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
If you notice any issues in your confirmation email, please reach out right away so we can help.
Returns, Delivery Concerns & Local Support
Due to the nature of our offerings — especially wellness and personal care items — we are generally unable to accept
returns of opened or used products. However:

If you're part of our wellness community or have worked with us before, we’re happy to consider returns or
exchanges case-by-case. -
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 5 days with photos. We’ll make it right —
with a replacement, store credit, or refund. -
If possible, keep all packaging and items as they arrived — this helps us follow up with the courier if needed.
Please contact us before returning anything so we can guide the process.
International Orders
At this stage, we primarily ship within New Zealand.
For international orders or special requests, please contact us directly.
If you're ordering from outside NZ, please be aware:
